About the Role:
You’ll lead Mission Green Global’s recruitment and engagement strategy: designing systems that attract, onboard, and empower thousands of volunteers and chapter members worldwide. As Head of Recruitment & Engagement, you’ll build and sustain a strong global community, ensuring that every volunteer feels connected, valued, and inspired to act for the planet. This role combines leadership, creativity, and people-centered management to strengthen MGG’s foundation as a growing international movement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and oversee global volunteer recruitment campaigns and pipelines.

  • Manage onboarding, communications, and engagement systems for volunteers and chapter members.

  • Collaborate with department heads to match volunteers with meaningful roles and projects.

  • Lead community-building initiatives such as recognition programs, mentorship, and retention events.

  • Track engagement metrics, volunteer satisfaction, and recruitment outcomes.

With over 50 active chapters in more than 35 countries, MGG empowers communities to take action toward a sustainable future through grassroots projects and global collaboration.

Role Description:
This part-time, remote executive role involves overseeing Mission Green Global’s recruitment and engagement systems. The Head of Recruitment & Engagement will lead a global team responsible for attracting new volunteers, improving retention, and creating a vibrant, connected community across chapters. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about youth empowerment and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment, community engagement, or volunteer coordination.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strategic thinking with a creative approach to outreach and retention.
    Commitment to Mission Green Global’s mission and youth-driven advocacy.

  • High school or university student with demonstrated initiative in sustainability or leadership.
