Regional Chapter Director

About the Role:

You’ll help Mission Green Global chapters thrive across your assigned region. As a Regional Chapter Director, you’ll mentor chapter leaders, coordinate regional initiatives, and strengthen communication between local chapters and the global board. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys collaboration, cross-cultural teamwork, and empowering others to take climate action.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and support chapter operations in your designated region.

  • Host monthly regional meetings to share updates, best practices, and opportunities.

  • Help new chapters get started and connect them with global resources.

  • Track chapter activity, project completion, and engagement levels.

  • Represent your region in global team meetings and strategy discussions.

Mission Green Global is a youth-led, international 501(c)(3) environmental nonprofit organization committed to addressing climate change through education and advocacy. With over 50 active chapters in more than 35 countries, MGG empowers communities to take action toward a sustainable future through grassroots projects and global collaboration.

Role Description:

This part-time, remote role involves managing and supporting MGG chapters across each specific region ( Asia, Europe, the Americas, Australia, and Africa). The Regional Chapter Director will work directly with chapter leaders to guide projects, share updates, recruit and organize more chapters, and ensure collaboration between local initiatives and the global mission. The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership, community engagement, or volunteer management.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate across time zones and diverse cultures.

  • Commitment to sustainability and youth-led advocacy.

  • High school or university student with demonstrated leadership experience.
